So grateful to work with this team! PPI produces patient-relevant science - let’s see more of it @Imperial_PERC

Pleased to see this up on pubmed: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34867525/ Well done Julia and @jamesbclose, for this pre-study PPI work. Gives confidence to our rationale going into a new study: psilocybin therapy for fibromyalgia syndrome. Hoping to begin recruitment early 2022.

Have you participated in a clinical trial involving #psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy? How has life been after the trial? @eddietalksdrugs would love to speak with you about your experiences. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Yesterday was a true pleasure spent learning about the clinical trials using psychedelics to treat illnesses. My guest was the mighty @RCarhartHarris @UCSFMedicine His lab is seeing incredible results treating depression, & now exploring anorexia, fibromyalgia too. #MedTwitter

Looking forward! Free tickets for our event tomorrow at the link below 🍄

We observed durable antidepressant effects through 12-month follow up, with treatment response and remission on par with what was observed at 1 week and 1 month post treatment. There were also no serious safety concerns noted during follow up. 2/

Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh lived a truly meaningful life. I have no doubt the best way we can pay tribute to him is to continue his work to promote peace in the world. bit.ly/35dUncV

First they blame the victims. Then they blame “a few bad apples.” This form of exceptionalism gets in the way of addressing actual problems.
