Why am I not surprised? There is clear unwillingness to address the issues and instead, many PR games put in place to placate WOC.

Make no mistake - white supremacy culture is upheld by white women in power in these institutions where they intentionally create a culture and work environment that further marginalises and harms BIPOC workers. We stand w/ @TransformIWHC as they call for accountability.
Until recommendations are implemented IWHC should not be leading an action coalition at #GenerationEquality @UNWomen. The report is a damning read and knowing @IWHC, @WomenDeliver are entrenched in white supremacy culture - it is time for reimagining of the system. @TransformIWHC
