For many people, landing toes down increases injury risk. You won't believe how it came to be a sneaker industry standard to have heels 10mm above toes: truehoop.com/p/ballistic-ch…
In a new paper, researchers argue that: “a primary cause of the rise in mental disorders [in youth] is a decline over decades in opportunities for children and teens to play, roam, and engage in other activities independent of direct oversight and control by adults.”

I, a person who at one point watched the entire Altis360 library in Norman, OK back in 2018, tried to keep an open mind towards the info that a majority of readers of this book who would be blown away it. I was still awestruck by the story of P3. @TrueHoop did a great job
If you haven't read Ballistic by @TrueHoop yet, you're missing out. The book profiles @P3sportscience founder Marcus Elliott and reads like a novel while teaching like a textbook. P3 has been decades (literally) ahead of the pack in data-driven training and athlete evaluation.
Why @coachthorpe thinks the Pacers will win close to 50 games (Vegas says 38.5) even though they lost key starters in Tyrese Haliburton and Myles Turner: truehoop.com/p/win-totals-f…
