A series of posts on Relay! dev.to/zth/relay-the-… Me and @sgrove have been working hard on a series of posts about Relay, what makes Relay so sweet and why we're both in love with it and think building apps with it is so great. Check it out if you're curious about Relay!

New version of ReasonRelay released (0.5.2). This greatly simplifies the unwrapping-of-fragments weirdness I introduced together with only using records. Check out the changelog here: github.com/zth/reason-rel…

Done with an initial implementation of only emitting records for data types + autodecoding nullables/enums/unions for ReasonRelay, and I gotta say, this feels great! Being able to pattern match on GraphQL data (including unions and enums) almost feels like cheating 🙀😺

📺 My @ReactAdvanced talk on building Concurrent React from Scratch is up! We introduce the mental models for @reactjs fiber, fiber traversal, a Time Slicing Work Loop, Hooks and Suspense, from scratch, in 30 mins. youtu.be/dFO4m7Y-yhs Best viewed on desktop (sorry, my bad)

At @ReactAdvanced I did the followup to my Hooks talk @jsconfasia - First time ever doing a “sequel” talk! 😂 I enjoyed doing a “previously on...” recap and then going deeper. Mostly I wanted to get onstage and be a raving @pomber fan for 30 mins. Will update when video is up!
