What a wonderful coincidence! I just got back home from a coffee shop where I was rereading some of Stein Rokkan and Urwin's ideas about the State. And at the door of my house this fantastic biography of Rokkan by Arild Stubhaug was waiting for me.
Lots of interesting patterns in these data from FiveThirtyEight, including: (1) Tim Walz estimated to be the most popular politician among the five shown here, (2) The huge contrast between popularity of Harris and Biden, (3) Growing gap between Harris and Trump. #dataviz
