And in fact student J admits to cheating off of John Doe. Yet @UnionCollege does not want to consider that information. Instead they are retaliating against John Doe for speaking out about not getting his learning accommodations.
As you can see John Doe did not cheat and it is only because John Doe brought litigation against the school that the school is now retaliating. Three students were in that room that day and they are the ones that know what happened and they both say that John Doe did not cheat.
One is a statement from student I who was the third student in the room and a witness and the other two documents are an affidavit and an amending of the affidavit from student J who is the student that cheated off of John Doe who is student M in this paperwork.

There were 17 allegations of sexual assault at @UnionCollege in 2018, 15 took place on campus, 5 went on to adjudication, in 3 of those cases the accused was found “responsible.” No student was suspended or expelled. But Union expels a student with disabilities?
