Email Outage Update: As mentioned, emails are flowing and it will take some time to get through the backlog of queued ones. We are estimating by 4 pm at the latest. We sincerely apologize for this and understand the impact on our customers. ~Chere

Email Outage Update: (1/2)The power event caused some servers to go offline and one server did not recover. Technicians are in the process of recovering the server and do not have an ETA at the moment. This outage is related to power and no data has been compromised.
Our Techs have identified the issue causing email log in errors and working to resolve it. We do not have an ETA yet, but we will update social media and our network status page as soon as have any new info. Our sincere apologies~Chere
