It’s easy to beat yourself up because you aren’t where you wanna be yet But look at where you have come from , and celebrare your achievements You don’t need all the answers straight away Just carry on showing up and being better than the day before
Imagine you pick up a glass of water. Hold it for a minute, not a problem. Hold it for an hour, you’ll start to ache. After a day, your arm will feel paralyzed. The weight of the glass doesn't change. Worries in life are like the glass. The more you hold on, the heavier it gets.
Your deadlift doesn’t improve because you change it from week to week. One week it’s sumo, then you’re changing your grip, your stance width etc. Find your technique and nail it consistently. Stop fucking about.
