Fun Fact: Apple's M6 Pro and M6 Max MacBook Pros have internal Apple identifiers of K114 and K116. Current M5 models are J614 and J616. The upcoming M5 models are J714 and J716. The 2021 redesigned models were J114 and J116. K114 & K116 means freshly redesigned MacBook Pros.

Holy moly! Looks like we are getting an M5 MacBook Pro next month! Just one 14” model. Why? M5 Pro and M5 Max rumored to come with major architectural changes including separated CPU and GPU dies. Could be delayed for that reason? Makes sense to ship M5 Mac mini update too.
M5 Pro and M5 Max will have a new chip design with seperated CPU and GPU blocks, allowing customers to mix and match core counts. (ie: Maxed out GPU with base CPU) M5 chip will not be getting any of this new chip tech/design language. This explains M5 Pro/Max delay into 2026.

Seriously? lol. I got 95% stability with a simple MagSafe phone cooler off amazon. Black Shark MagCooler 3 with 20W of cooling. New model on Amazon now does 35W of cooling apparently. Might try it out.

Vision Pro was meant to be a stepping stone towards Smart Glasses. Competition got their too quickly.
Definitely the wise move! I honestly think VR headsets will be instantly superseded by AR Glasses like Meta’s new AI glasses with the built-in display.
Update: Found a potential solution! Dark Clear case from @spigen cuts down on the orange and I like that black MagSafe window.
Hot take: Cosmic Orange sucks and I regret choosing it.
