A key thing I talk to the sprinters A LOT in 'fly' sprinting is 'maintaining pressure' through the run You can't take it for granted -- a good sprint requires the athlete to 'keep searching'. A bad one will see a decline in velocity through the fly, as we see here @ALTIS
