Official account of the WASPI Campaign 2018. Fighting for state pension justice for #50'swomen.

Thank you to @BenMaguireMP and @LibDems for their support for #WASPI/#1950s women. @Keir_Starmer @RachelReeves prefer to ignore the recs of their own Ombudsman despite support for #WASPIs from many @UKLabour MPs. @2018_waspi @Waspiwlothian

But, at @BBCTheOneShow, the Government is leading the way in ignoring their Ombudsman's recommendations. @WASPI_2018/ #WASPIs case in point. @SSE are just following suit. Lead by example @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP @2018_waspi @Waspiwlothian

Apparently, @TorstenBell is going to 'look into' the details of a letter sent by @iqbalmohamed MP re #WASPI women on 27.7.25 for which he has yet to receive a reply. #NotGoingAway The Ombudsman previously said the WASPI women should get £3,000 compensation express.co.uk/finance/person…

"Thank you to Ben (@BenMLake) for taking every opportunity to promote the #WASPI cause in Parliament to support the #1950s women in his constituency,” said Pamela Judge, Co-ordinator of Ceredigion Preseli WASPI. cambrian-news.co.uk/news/local-pen…

Grateful thanks to @wendychambLD for your continued support for #WASPI women for #justice and #compensation. @PHSOmbudsman, after investigating for 6 yrs, made these recommendations after much scrutiny of the facts. #NotGoingAway #1950s women.

With the Budget just a month away, I’ve urged the Gov to deliver long-overdue justice for WASPI women. The Ombudsman has been clear: these women were failed by the system, and they deserve fair compensation. It’s time for the Government to meet with WASPI, listen, and act.

It seems @KeirStarmer has money but won't compensate #WASPIs. Thank you to @BenMaguireMP for supporting #1950s women in their fight for compensation. @Waspiwlothian The WASPI campaigners were at Parliament this week to call for compensation again express.co.uk/finance/person…

The WASPI campaigners were at Parliament this week to call for compensation again

Thank you @johnmcdonnellMP for your continued, consistent support for #WASPI/#1950s women who are fighting for #Justice and #Compensation as recommended by #Parliament's watchdog, the @PHSOmbudsman @Waspiwlothian @2018_waspi

Thank you to @RLong_Bailey for your continued, consistent, genuine support for #WASPI/#1950s women's fight for #Justice and #Compensation. @2018_waspi @Waspiwlothian

Great to catch up with @WASPI_campaign in Parliament this week. 1950s women have suffered grave injustice, they should not have to fight, it is morally right for the Government to right this clear historic wrong.

Prime Minister, former DPP, @Keir_Starmer ignored the recommendations of his own watchdog, @PHSOmbudsman, (who after a 6-yr investigation recommended compensation) responding with spurious claims and mis-information. He denied MPs/Parliament a vote. kentlive.news/news/cost-of-l…

WASPI at key threshold in legal battle for £3,000 DWP compensation

The Ombudsman previously said the WASPI women should get up to £3,000

The @DWP failing to mention, as usual, that the majority of #WASPI women received NO notification at all about a 6-year hike to their state pension age. A minority recd only 28 mths notice. @Waspiwlothian @2018_waspi mirror.co.uk/money/major-wa…

Please note: there is no update re compensation as this headline suggests but our co-campaigners are running a drop-in session for MPs at Westminster on Tuesday 21st October. WASPIs, please encourage your MP to attend. @Waspiwlothian @2018_waspi birminghammail.co.uk/news/cost-of-l…

Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham: “I support the WASPI women and always will. I think there’s been a clear injustice.” The @PHSO recommended MPs in Parliament be given a vote on compensation for #WASPIs but @Keir_Starmer denied them that opportunity. @Waspiwlothian
