#OUB329 WK12 - #leaders can make use of #collaboration to achieve #positivesum outcomes, but the benefits of #collaboration is fairly balanced against its disadvantages, so it is important to focus on the #vision and #outcomes to foster the positive behaviour within the team.
#OUB329 in WK11 What stood out was that #conflicts are not always negative, it can provide new perspectives and ideas to #leaders. It also touches on the importance not to ignore the voices of those who don’t have power as their dissent might be constructive too!
#OUB329 WK9 really focused on how #leadership should foster #collaboration at the workplace. Finding out how much of a #collaborativeleadership activities I already use was helpful to point out areas of weaknesses that I need to address.
#OUB329 WK8 taught me that diversity alone isn’t enough to break boundaries when being a #leader. To accomplish that, #inclusivity should applied; therefore, listening and understanding individual’s weaknesses and strengths is needed to bridge the gap and create synergetic teams.
