#OUB329 Week 13: TMA2 submitted, another really enjoyable assignment (especially compared to another I recently completed)! Best of luck to everyone else on the course. After a ridiculously busy few weeks I can finally relax and do nothing for a few days

Week 8: Inclusiveness and diversity, both very important aspects to boundaryless leadership! It is hard to make the right decision sometimes, however considering differences between people,and illustrating flexibility and adaptation will be key to achieving great outcomes #OUB329

It's very interesting to read about the roles of administrator, manager and leader. I automatically assumed that manager = leader, but that's not the case. A leader is inspiring, and you can be this in any role. #OUB329Wk7
Week 8 was an eye opener - my leadership style hugely leans towards supporting/coaching with hardly any delegation/direction. I definitely need to learn how to adapt my leadership style to each situation and not pigeon hole myself! #OUB329Wk8
