Chinatown is a residential area and we need parking day and night. At the same time, they can't guarantee that all 150 additional events will happen all night time. We don't want and need a @76Place arena.

76place's Mandrin zoom meeting made me so angry. While time did not provide a friendly platform for Chinese audience nor allow participants engage with each other. Simultaneous interpretation does not work well, because developers spoke too fast throughout the meeting
