Absolutely fantastic few days in Lisbon, stayed on a boat, watched football in Pink Street and had a blast @NOSAlive2024 watching @PearlJam @NBThieves and @michaelkiwanuka to name a few, but a real highlight was @BlackPumasMusic who totally blew us away!

What a day… Trek26 for @alzheimerssoc ✅ the most physically challenging thing I’ve done, but equally the most rewarding! Didn’t get to 26 miles due to event organisers timing out, did get in 24.33 miles, disappointed not to do the full route, but still proud of us #TeamWorthy

On 1st June, Chris and I are doing #Trek26 Ullswater for @alzheimerssoc a cause very close to me, after losing my beautiful Nana Avis to the cruel disease, years before she passed. She’d have been 100 this year, we’re doing this to mark the occasion. 18 miler boshed today 👊🏻💪🏻
