Shopify update: RDR alerts are now counted in chargeback rate calculations. Probably not the end of MRR or anything dramatic but it does change how risk is measured. Those who can reduce both chargebacks and RDRs are the ones who’ll win;)
tip: put help.yourdomain.com in your payment descriptor people contact you right before filing a chargeback route those tickets as urgent test it 😉
