Based on the last two days (especially Wednesday) I have come to the conclusion that the regular Wordle overseer has to be on vacation and is being replaced by a diabolical linguistic sociopath!

The parking lot at the golf course I am playing today is closed off for a forklift convention. I am not making this up

Hey @PrimeVideo - how is it that Absentia is unavailable for viewing due to expired rights when it is an Amazon Prime original?

What is that egret thinking?

I think (I hope) I speak for all of us golfers on X who are rooting for @Mike_kim714 to win in Vegas. Such a positive influence on the game

Hey @peacock - how about a telephone number for someone to call with questions. You know, Customer Service? That is if you even have one. Ridiculous

“Major Strasser has been shot . . . Round up the usual suspects!!” The great Claude Rains died 57 years ago today and is buried in, of all places, Moultonborough, New Hampshire!

The golf coach at Eastern Kentucky is a guy named Justin Tereschko. In the first round of the 2014 US Amateur he advanced with a dominating 7 & 6 win. His opponent? Xander Schauffele

Um . . . Sam also won NBA titles in 1994 and 95 with the Rockets

Is Cam Davis some AI thing or is he actually tied for fifth in the Masters? Would love to know. But let’s make sure we see every shot Tiger hits 🫤

Professional golf was at the forefront of the Civil Rights struggles of the 50s and 60s. Read all about in my latest book, Changing The Course: How Charlie Sifford and Stanley Mosk Integrated The PGA. It’s a story for those who love golf history

Done, and don’t feel badly for asking!

Hey @CBSMornings if you’re going to do a segment on the Rolling Stones and reflect on their history, you might wanna mention Brian Jones. He only formed the band🤦🏻‍♂️

Right. Unless you happened to be Charlie Sifford

The Masters has never been about ensuring it’s field had strictly the best players. It’s always been about gathering players who’ve achieved great things.

If the Orioles go down tonite - and they’re losing 6-0 after two innings - that will mean the three playoff teams from the supposedly vaunted AL East went, um, 0-7 in their three series

Hey @NBC - there are two important and competitive matches out there. Yet all you show are the two matches with big US leads! C’mon!!
