Don't dismiss RSCs wholesale because Next.js App Router didn't fit your needs. They're actually a very flexible low level technology that I hope other frameworks build on.

For example nothing is stopping someone from putting server and client components in the same file if they wanted. That could be a Babel transform or whatever. It’s totally possible to avoid fetching on every navigation. RSCs are just components. Frameworks can do whatever they…

My brain broke when I read this paper. A tiny 7 Million parameter model just beat DeepSeek-R1, Gemini 2.5 pro, and o3-mini at reasoning on both ARG-AGI 1 and ARC-AGI 2. It's called Tiny Recursive Model (TRM) from Samsung. How can a model 10,000x smaller be smarter? Here's how…

Pretty amazing that we can now implement swipeable Tabs with native CSS. Updating the React Aria demo I made a few years ago to use native scroll snapping, scroll timeline, and anchor positioning instead of Framer Motion. Feels smooooooth! 🎉

🚨 Major active supply chain attack just hit npm. Popular package @ctrl/tinycolor was trojanized — and it didn’t stop there. Over 40 packages were silently modified to steal secrets from dev machines & CI pipelines. Our team at Socket caught it. Full report coming soon. Stay…

Animating React Aria Tabs, ToggleButtonGroup, etc. is about to be super easy with the new SelectionIndicator component. 🥳 • Native CSS transitions, no animation library needed. • Works with SSR with no flicker before JS runs. • No ResizeObserver. • Enter + exit animations.

I'm proud to see the progress the @base_ui team made over the last few months to fix bugs 😌🐛 Many of which the Radix Primitives have. To illustrate, here as some examples recorded on Shadcn. It shows how bugs leak to your design system and the importance of the primitives 🧵⬇️
