The evidence continues to roll in from across the UK. Water privatisation has been a complete failure.

So long overdue that we tax aviation in proportion to its environmental impact

The saddest compilation video I have ever made. But perhaps also the most positive if it causes a reduction in plastic pollution in 2024. In once pristine seas, every nearshore plankton sample I now collect contains plastic microfibers. (Sound On) @zeiss_micro

.@rolawn and some other turf growers still use plastic netting in their turf products. This may not be made clear at point of sale. I suggest a boycott of turf products containing plastic netting is in order. Photo credit: frankmay in @GWmag forum - forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/100…

The VIP Lane - according to a Cabinet Office insider I have spoken to - was established because Tory MPs and Ministers were kicking off at civil servants because their mates, who claimed to be able to supply PPE, could not otherwise get taken seriously. The effect...

a) Why do you think the VIP lane was established. b) OK. Which PPE contract was awarded on the specific direction of which Minister.

We've campaigning for protected cycle lanes on Deptford Church Street for upwards of 7 yrs whilst Tideway works have been taking place. Also 7yrs since Lewisham council last built protected 🚲 lanes. Now we have a plan to connect Cycleway 4 & Cycleway 10 to NCN21 Waterlink way.

Doing some last minute swotting ahead of chats on farming etc at Labour Conference, and reminded what a work of art the National Food Strategy was. Worth it for this graph alone, given current debates on solar etc! Bravo @HenryDimbleby and team!

There is one way for the Prime Minister to prove this is not a blatant falsehood, and that is to release the government’s analysis that shows it remains on track to meet its legally binding emissions targets.
