i work with a program. i work with multiple. its the dsa, psl, labor unions & anyone that will advance the interests of the working class, whether it be community organizing, mutual aid or even electing representatives that advance the agenda.

This sums up Talarico vs Crockett. Talarico is pushing a class-based policy agenda that is very clear & direct about working-class issues. Crockett is pushing identity politics & culture war-style messaging as part of her campaign. Only one of these would truly win in Texas.
Dems are heading to a landslide victory because the entire electorate is laser focused on affordability and authoritarian abuses. So yes, I am deeply suspicious of centrist Dems ginning up culture wars struggles that no one is talking about. It’s a sad attempt to stay relevant.

Ours is rural county (11k+ registered voters; 75% GOP) so not whole lot of Black or Latino voters. FACT-@jamestalarico came to our county about year & half ago…despite 3 attempts to invite Crockett we got CRICKETS. EVERY vote counts no matter what part of the state you live in.
