If you’re by Westminster Bridge today and over the weekend, you may see preparation for work to upgrade the bridge to feature protected cycle tracks. This is a big improvement from the current configuration, simply painted asphalt. Work should be complete by late January 2022.

This fabulous new cycle hub takes up six car parking spaces and now provides: 🚲 56 secure bike parking spaces 🔒 Lockers 🚿 Showers Enabling more @NHSEnglandLDN staff to use London's growing network of cycle lanes to get to work.
After having a stern word with myself & buying some new trainers (new stuff rly helps) my motivation is returning. This is due to a new piece of gym kit called TRX. Currently my legs and arms are aching after TRX-ing followed by a 5km run last night but I feel good!
