Also, the vast majority of psychological suffering is due to 2 reasons. One confuses the pattern that they are, or any other pattern for a "thing"...something unchanging, static. And.....they forgot that they are ALSO the Platonic Space itself. The eternal aware space. Remember?

After hearing more and more work from @drmichaellevin, I think the best way to phrase reality is, "There is a Platonic Space and it's patterns, including the physical world and us, as self aware observing patterns of experience." A non dual Platonic Space. There is ONLY that.

Tag, you're IT.

In 3 words or less, what is your personal philosophy?

I would agree, and add that you're only a "part" when you begin to speak. Without language, there is a single unified field of "isness" and everything is IT. Tag....you're IT.

The sense of separation is an illusion; at the quantum level, you and everything else are interconnected through the fabric of reality itself. Your body contains trillions of protons woven into spacetime, revealing that you're part of everything all along.

As I said to the first one, great. You're IT. Now, do something cool or helpful or you're wasting what you're doing here. You're coming back over and over again, obviously. Look around. See the "others." Same boat. You'll be them next time. Be cool about it.

You woke up. There is no death. (Bhagavad Gītā) There is no fear. (Dhammapada) There is no separation. (Upanishads) There is no agency. (Tao Te Ching) There is no self. (Pāli Canon) There is no permanence. (Heart Sūtra) There is no wilderness but God. (Ibn ʿArabī) There is no…

Gonna just sit there? Lay down and die? Care to do something interesting with the dream? Good for you. Ya realized you're the Ground. Now what? You'll be back for another round should ya waste this one anyway. Nowhere else to go. You're it, so what? Do something cool/helpful.

You woke up. There is no moral responsibility. (Kershnar) There are no material objects. (the best Bishop) There is no logic. (Cotnoir) There are no good reasons for anything. (David Miller) Time is not real. (McTaggart) There are no other people. (Jim Stone) There is no self.…

No. There is no "out there" in a world made of experiences. There is what arises from within. You ARE the Truth, in disguise. Hiding in plain sight.

“The truth is out there”

It really is kinda staggering how many paradoxes get resolved when one takes non dualism seriously. It makes sense. When one realizes up and down imply on another, paradox is home. Feels normal.
