Last week I lead a meeting about unfinished user stories at the end of a sprint. It was very interesting to know how other teams deal with this. A part that surprised me is that not every team closes their user story at the end of a sprint. #scrummaster #releasetrainengineer

Next week I organized a call to discuss within our ART: “What do you do with user stories that aren’t done? And how do you count your story points?” #scrum #scaledagileframework #scrummaster #releasetrainengineer #agilereleasetrain

I’m trying to setup a good performance dashboard for our ART through Power BI. I have realized how important the reporting by the teams have to be. #scrum #scaledagileframework #agilereleasetrain #performancedashboard #PowerBI #scrummaster #releasetrainengineer

Tomorrow I’ll be starting SAFe Advanced Scrum Master training. I’m hoping to getting more practical tips and examples from the trainers and other scrum masters.

Me: I want to become a #releasetrainengineer I’ll start by doing small tasks to be ready next year. I shouldn’t rush. 2 months later... There’s an opening. Me: 👁👄👁 Should I rush?

I have chosen to grow further in my #Scrummaster role with ambition to become a #releasetrainengineer #scrum #scaledagileframework #agile #growthplan

Working from home has actually made my workload more. There is less of a divide with being at work or being at home. #WorkFromHome #workfromhomelife #agileproblems

Yesterday I started a training about projectmanagement. Mostly discussing what it is and how it differs from a program and portfolio, and how it works with the agile mindset. #projectmanagement

Before the product owner used to overpromise and the team underdeliver. Now the product owner manages the stakeholders wishes from the beginning and only commits to goals the team commits to with their known velocity. #productowner #stakeholders #devteam

First refinement after a sprint planning a tester shares a message asking if an userstory has been planned. Nor the product owner or the scrummaster know this userstory. #scrummaster #productowner #refinement #sprintplanning #userstory #productmanager #productmanagement

The balance between new features and lifecycle management is a difficult one to achieve. It’s always a battle between delivering business value and making sure everything keeps running smoothly.

Ops : How does this work in production? Business : I don’t think Dev delivered anything for this. Business analyst : 😤 Explains process and delivers implementation document for the hundredth time

Scrummaster: After a full day of planning we got these userstories planned. Business: Oh, but we actually want more. How can we get more? Scrummaster: 🤯 #scrummaster #productowner #productmanagement #itbusinessowner #scrumorg #scaledagileframework #DevOps #agileproblems

Devteam: The userstory has been build and the unittest is done. While integrating bugs are found. Devteam: How is it possible? We tested it with fictional data. 🙄 #agileproblems #agileprocess #scrumorg #scaledagileframework #scrummaster #productowner #integrationtesting

Business: The team started a half year ago when will it be done. Devteam: We did a spike a half year ago when will we start with this new functionality. New product owner: 💀 #agileproblems #productowner #development

There are 5 product owners in the agile release train. But almost all work differently. While one discusses directly with an Epic Owner, another with the Business Owners and yet another only talks to the Product Manager. No uniformity in this process. #scaledagileframework

Userstory has been build and tested. Scrummaster: So who is going to do the demo? Devteam:😒....
