Another data point that shows France's focus paying off at #WMTRC2025: 14 top-10 finishers (U20 not included). This works out to 32.56% of their registered athletes finishing in the top 10. Kenya was at ~50% with a clear continued focus on the mountain races.

A look at the #UTMB2025 "Top Ranked Runner" finish rates: I've mapped out all the DNFs (and finishing positions) of all of the "Top Ranked Runners" listed on the #UTMB website (by UTMB score) - 54% of the "Top Ranked" did not finish, while only 44% for the women.
