The biggest difference between a good session and a bad session at #ElevateFest2025 and any conference is just information density. If you’re ever speaking, really really consider how much information you’re actually conveying and how much is just filler.
Fireside chats suck as an event format unless the speakers are highly opinionated and have a clear perspective to share. Otherwise they are super low value for audiences because they devolve into hand waving, generalizations, and lack of info density.
