Today’s the day. Introducing my new company, @Agency — backed by @Sequoia and Hubspot Ventures; with my friend and mentor @BHalligan on the Board. Enjoyed getting to talk with @MTemkin @TechCrunch about what we’re building. agency.inc
my friend @eliast is in his 40's, looks like he's in his 20's, and has the energy of a teenager... and we @sequoia are delighted to be in business with him for the third time! @MTemkin does a nice job of capturing what he's up to here: techcrunch.com/2024/10/16/aft…
Excited to share @agency - a better way for companies to care for their customers We've raised $12M from @Sequoia, and HubSpot founder @bhalligan is joining our board Hear more from my co-founder @eliast below covered by @MTemkin @TechCrunch
If you have been having issues using tRPC-playground package with the v11 build of tRPC, it's because there was a breaking change in tRPC procedure definitions. I went ahead and created a patch gist file you can use to fix the issue. @trpcio @s4chinraja github.com/sachinraja/trp…
I've completed Day Eighteen - Advent of TypeScript 2023 typehero.dev/challenge/day-… #AdventOfTypescript
These Advent of Typescript are getting so impressive, I wouldn't even have known day 16 was possible to solve in typescript, but here we are 🚀 github.com/andrewgeorgemi… Check it out yourself at: typehero.dev/challenge/day-… #AdventOfTypescript
I just completed "Trebuchet?!" - Day 1 - Advent of Code 2023, Who knew 1 and 8 could be rough 🙃 adventofcode.com/2023/day/1 #AdventOfCode
When the senior dev sees a for-loop that could easily be a .map().filter()

Bro ADHD sucks, I'm constantly either bored because there's nothing to do or overwhelmed because there's so much to do. There's no middle ground 😩
This is amazing way to go @L_Mario564 , definitely going to set this up and give it go 🔥
Made a library to convert your schema defined with @DrizzleORM into DBML to easily visualize your schema. Supports all 3 dialects. github.com/L-Mario564/dri…

In State of JS 2022, 70% of respondents said they use TypeScript. DHH is welcome to his opinions. But to call the TS community a 'tribe' (instead of, say, a 'majority') feels, at this point, totally inaccurate.
"So farewell, TypeScript. May you bring much rigor and satisfaction to your tribe while letting the rest of us enjoy JavaScript in the glorious spirit it was originally designed: Free of strong typing." world.hey.com/dhh/turbo-8-is…
Every startup either dies as a .io or lives long enough to become a .com
I'm trying to create type that takes an array of objects which are constants and converts them into a map of those same objects by a key on the object, I'm curious if anyone has any ideas what I'm missing 😅, maybe @mattpocockuk 🙏 TS playground: typescriptlang.org/play?#code/C4T…

Scrum is a cancer. I've been writing software for 25 years, and nothing renders a software team useless like Scrum does. Some anecdotes: 1. They tried to convince me that Poker is a planning tool, not a game. 2. If you want to be more efficient, you must add process, not…

Underrated problem the @nextjs App Router solves. Redirects defined in `next.config.js` apply for both server navigations (of course) but also client-side navigations (with next/link). Might seem trivial, but was tough to solve in pages/ – you get it "for free" by migrating.
