Could of widened the path from Billing to the Rafting centre along the A45. Or the path from Redlands that runs along the river. Or put in more contra flow. Or made Rushmere Rd / Billing rd East actual cycle lanes instead of BS ‘advisory’. But no. A 24hr bus lane. Slow clap 👏🏽 👏🏽
