Nice @CD_AACR #MMsm paper by @IreneGhobrial lab! # CTCs clearly increased from MGUS to SMM marching up 20/2/20. More importantly, genetic profiling of 🩸 CTCs identified all BMBx FISH findings + more. Given 🐠 not always done / not as sensitive, possible game changer some day!
