The theory of international relations should be based on retroduction, abduction (cf. plato.stanford.edu/entries/abduct…); reasoning strategies towards the best outcome. The last few admins have failed at developing & formally reforming intl organizations for the better.


Turn the page on media wars that bypass peace, instead, develop political machinery that is both coordinated as international and coercive. The failure to see the furtherance of materially inhuman conditions encourages aggressive autocrats abroad and dulls the nerves of justice.


Rereading The Last European War by Lukacs-1976 for Memorial Day. This is the one, and I declare this masterpiece to be the one and sure example and high road of 20th century historical writing to know.
