A thread of videos from today’s flight into Hurricane Melissa In this first one we are entering from the southeast just after sunrise and the bright arc on the far northwest eye wall is the light just beginning to make it over the top from behind us.

The eye of this looks like a 3D visualization ! /cc @andrewmiskelly @BlackheathWx

An absolute buzzsaw lurking just south of Jamaica tonight. #Melissa is pretty much as symmetrical a hurricane as you’ll see on infrared satellite. Getting close to category 5 intensity.

For months, I've been working on Project MINI RACK, a resource for mini homelabs, portable RF rigs, and more! I hinted at it yesterday, but today I published a video, a blog post, and a full GitHub repo to help others build compact, efficient equipment racks! 🧵

Two startups that are really challenging the status quo. Great to see this collab !

The @oxidecomputer and @thesysteminit collaboration I didn't expect to do in 2024. Yes, that's System Initiative managing Oxide resources. This capability didn't exist 30 minutes ago. Both platforms provide great APIs that allowed me to create this functionality.
