For any using @nanopore for 16S sequencing, make sure you’re aware that the 16S kit they offer (store.nanoporetech.com/catalog/produc…) – which only specifies the primers as 27F-1492R – only hits ~13% of bacteria in the Silva primer test (arb-silva.de/search/testpri…) (1/3)
