They didn't reply to me albeit in the last email they said they're going to contact me in 48 hours. It has been 10 days. I messaged @madebygoogle here and told them what happened. They told me to go back to the email thread that they stopped replying to. Are they being funny or?

I thought they received the device, and this issue should be gone, but it has been more than 14 working days yet I haven't got my trade-in refund. They told me they'll get back to me in 48 hours, but now it has been 5 days. @madebygoogle What is going on??????
Hi @madebygoogle I'd like to take back that your agents are helpful. They're not. It's a catastrophe. I've told them I received two phones at the same time, and I can't tell which is the original and which is the replacement. But I did tell them which one I have been using.
Not even Japanese can save the devastating TFL.
Update: They want the phone I'm using back despite they know which phone is in use and the other one is sealed and untouched. @madebygoogle this is utterly a disaster.
