Multiple damaged kitchen units delivered by @Wickes last week, some items still missing. Zero updates or apologies. Customer services do not respond via email or pick up the phone. Awful experience. Please can someone help @Wickes ? #CustomerServiceFail
After a “food to order” purchase weeks in advance from a local @Morrisons store, a call 30 mins before collection advised they can’t fulfil the order due to no kitchen. Customer service via phone/email has been woeful, and the store is STILL available as a “food to order” option!
