Day 26 of building #Plangen in public 🚀 Spent today diving into FastAPI tutorials with Redis and exploring different ORMs. Honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed right now 😅 - but I know the real relief will come once I actually start coding! For now, just un-aliening myself✨

Day 24 of building #Plangen in public 🐍🚀 Today was all about FastAPI - diving into tutorials, best practices, and wrapping my head around the Python API world. 🤯📝 The best part? Got the plan-service configured & 10% integrated with FastAPI. 🛠️✨ Another milestone down.
Day 23 of building #Plangen in public 🚀 Wrapped up 80% of the Template Service with Java + Spring Boot ⚙️ Still piecing together the blurry bits, plan-service will clear the path 🔍 Next up: writing APIs with Python and I’m hyped beyond reason 🤯🔥
Day 21 of building #Plangen in public ⚡ History lesson while coding: - Node.js was born because devs hated juggling JS (frontend) + Java (backend). One stack = easier hiring, smoother dev flow. - But Node.js is slower compared to Bun. Currently working on Template Services
Day 20 of building #Plangen in public ⚡ Learned some core language trade-offs today: - Go is blazing fast ⚡ (multi-threaded & compiled) while JS is single-threaded. - Python & Java → better for heavy computation - JS → shines in I/O & web-based tasks
Day 19 of building #Plangen in public !! Deep dive into monorepos today, learned a lot🚀 Major users: Google (literally billions of lines!) React Bun ...and more Explored pros & cons. If giants - Google & React rely on monorepos, clearly there are unfair, advantages! 👀
Day 18 of building #Plangen in public! 🛠️ Dove into monorepo architecture while cloning cal.com’s open-source codebase. The folder structure feels like the ‘final boss’ of scalable project organization!. Will try to contribute and learn for plangen as well !!
Day 16 of building #Plangen 🚀 in public ! I went through some tutorials (REDIS) and got 60-70% clarity. But then came the beast - ChatGPT 🙌. Now I’m 95% prepared. Next is Docker !! And I didn’t even know I had the skills to ask the right questions - really leveled up. 💪
