As a founder, your real leverage isn’t money. It’s your skills. Coding, marketing, design, or even just understanding customers. Every skill you master reduces dependency, cuts costs, and speeds up execution. Leverage yourself before anything else.


Your MVP doesn’t need to look like a fancy bakery. Just make it taste good. Customers will crawl over broken glass to get that bread, even if you’re selling it out of a shack. Perfect design is a trap. Focus on the core: does it solve the problem? Everything else is noise
