Applying a consistent, persistent, gradual approach is a highly effective strategy for building & changing an organization's culture. Culture change is not a one-time event; it is a long-term process of shifting the collective habits, behaviors, and mindset of a group of people.

Failure is inevitable in any worthwhile pursuit. What distinguishes successful people isn’t the absence of failure, but how they handle it.

One coaching lesson I learned as a GA was your weakest position on the team had the most players listed on the depth chart. Can we say, Cleveland Browns?

A surefire way to make a bad situation worse is to continue replaying it in your mind. The damage is done. The only thing that matters now is making the best choice given your current position. Next play mentality. -@JamesClear

Jalen Brunson said, "The one thing that separates great players from good players is their detail." "They take pride in watching film, watching what they eat, and making sure they're in the best shape of their life. Just to get that edge." Little details make big differences!

Princeton assistant Brett MacConnell is 2-0 in his scouts vs. Rutgers, has recruited most of the Tigers' players over the past decade and owns an elite eye for talent. If I was a mid-major AD with a head coach opening, I'd be beating down his door until it comes off the hinges.

To all coaches out there. . . "Communication is about what is received, not what is intended. If there is a gap between what you are saying and what they are hearing, you have to find a new way to say it." -@JamesClear

BREAKING: Steph Curry was just asked about what it means to have Vice President Kamala Harris running for President. It’s safe to say Steph is a big fan of Vice President Harris. Retweet so all Americans see this.

A question from business coach Jeanne Torre: "Is that assumed or confirmed?" -@JamesClear

"Consistency enlarges ability." -@JamesClear What percentage of your playbook and call sheet is actually used in the game? Why are you wasting practice time on plays you never use?

How you see yourself in a situation depends on what you are capable of doing. @PrincetonMBB exemplifies poise, confidence and determination. They simply never rattle.
