Working on Retina Display support.


@arly_rampen CAAT.NO_RAF will force setInterval. And CAAT.loop(30) will set animation loop to 30fps.


@arly_rampen RAF always tries to work @60fps, and will conform itself if not. if you want exact fps, right now only setInterval will help.


@arly_rampen no prob. it also solves the problem where children out of its parents bounds can't get input :)
