I am not a chef, but tonight I cooked some pork shoulder steaks from costco, sprinkled with garlic salt, oven baked for about 30 mins, then made a sauce with cider, chicken stock, thyme, mustard powder & a small chopped apple. Served with leeks, cabbage and broccoli. Yummy!

I am going to cry. The Trust have issued return dates for autumn term 2026. Training Wed 19th-21st August. Kids back Mon 25th Aug. BEFORE bank holiday!

First ICT lesson with year 1 today. We spent the whole lesson getting them to log on and log off. Some of them took 30 minutes to type their user name and password but I was amazed by their mouse skills. They did so well. Same again next week.
