I'm proud to share my first publication as first author, investigating the impact of #exercise on pain self-efficacy in adults with non-specific chronic low back pain. Let me know, is this the effect you expected? jospt.org/doi/10.2519/jo…

Our @nhmrc funded RCT was published today @JAMA_current. A 7yr effort from the researcher team, clinicians and trial participants. We have more work to do, but we might have identified a new way to manage CLBP. If want more info register at resolve.neura.edu.au

A graded sensorimotor retraining intervention, compared with a sham procedure and attention control, resulted in a statistically significant improvement in pain intensity at 18 weeks. ja.ma/3Sj0Nvo
