Putting aside the common crits, React is good at CSR. React is even good at SSR. But React is NOT good at server-first. Too easy to import something that throws in RSCs. Server actions abstract too much and invite vulnerabilities. Server-first is good, React is not good at it.

As I keep playing with native, I'm thinking the only big pain point is layouts. Copy/pasting HTML is not ideal, it'd be great to share a layout with some variables. The challenge is accomplishing this with the least amount of framework magic possible.
So I just published thunderous.dev documentation. Pretty basic so far, but it's a much-needed step up from the README file
I always wonder who downvotes random things for no apparent reason on reddit. Like, are they normal people? They can't be, right?
I took a week of PTO from my day job to catch up on my client work. Then when I didn't finish everything, I pulled an all-nighter to get things done. And now I'm pulling a second one. And I'll need all weekend to continue catching up. Never taking client work again.

I have to admit. I'm becoming disenchanted with Nextjs. Since they introduced server components, I've never gone slower as a dev.
