day 17 of building an app for couples learning a new language together: the very first core feature I build has to be something I would love to use EVERY SINGLE DAY. if I don’t genuinely enjoy using it daily, why would anyone else?

everything npm related is nightmare. i don't know how web devs have been living with npm for so many years. Flutter is goat.

Using react native feats inside the native apps was a nightmare. Having to manage the npm dependencies and the related folders was not a good experience at all. Probably it was a skill issue, but it's sth far from native development.

does your app have a built-in viral loop?

if your product lives on social platforms: 1. build a viral loop into the core experience, not as an add-on. 2. even better: design it to naturally fit an already-proven viral content format.

🚨 we just proved that content is now the SINGLE most important thing about your product let me explain: 2 weeks ago, i saw a short form content format going viral in a completely different niche to ours i ideated + designed a product feature that would allow us to repurpose…

I needed a mock chat to create content. Gemini 3 produced it in minutes... at this point, every SaaS tool claiming to “vibe code your app UI” feels like a Gemini 3 wrapper.
