Agreed, but there's a thin line between keeping it achievable and doing below capacity.
You meet a goal first before you set it higher. It has to be progressive, thatโs the way to remain consistent or you might end up discouraged. You want to get into the habit of running or train for a marathon. You start running 1x a week, once you get comfortable, you canโฆ
Fact, I had to visit my goals and make them achievable, not because I am lazy but because I had to be realistic.

yea the people who set the bar at "ship something everyday" usually burn out by week 3 meanwhile someone committing to "open the project file everyday" ends up building for 6 months straight the trick is making the commitment so easy you'd feel silly NOT doing it. then momentumโฆ
But raising the bar is also important, if you jump the same height than your progress is 0
low bar removes the mental friction of starting, which is the hardest part
