hi @FlohOfWoe, I want to know the performance between Metal and OpenGL ES on iOS. So I did some tests to sokol's cube-sapp(draw lots of cube on iPhone6), what surprised me is metal version's FPS is even lower. Do you have any idea? Or add some benchmark for oryol or sokol?


that's very unexpected, can you point me to the code? in Oryol I've seen about 8x higher drawcall throughput in Metal vs GLES3 (on an ipad mini 4 though), sokol-gfx should be about the same
