The end goal of any diet, regardless of goal, is to not have to think of it as a diet. To let it be habitual, as your current one is.

Gonna modify coinfasting to use 2d6, with a threshold of either 4- (16.6%) or 6- (41.7%) for fast days. Other structure (~42% of the time it'll be between 7-9) can be added in later

Cut update: 200 grams below that milestone. 21.9kg down, -24.2% bodyweight. Going per half kilo now.

Cut update: 21.4kg down, -23.6% of bodyweight. 0.3kg from next goal, 2.3kg from having lost a total of 50lbs, 2.7kg from final goal.

My lifescripts repo, where I'm automating coinfast and stochastic cardio

Replacing physical coin/dice with a racket script

Adjusted my bike's seat height to allow a bit more leg extension. Like few millimeters higher, and it made a huge difference in comfort.

I should somehow let some people know. Cc @alexandraerin, @PREMIUMPONCHO

Cut update: paper towel theory is striking, especially in my face. Each kilo down is making me look 2 years younger.

Basically: it's an interesting relationship with food, very different to modern day life.

At the same time, my time horizon for calories is more weekly than daily.

But instead, it's more in the way one looks at food in a crockpot: the waiting is part of what makes it better.

Not in the sense of "oh my coworker said they're bringing cookies" or "we're gonna get pizza today"

It's hard to explain. There's a decoupling between food and the desire to eat. It's not that I don't have an appetite, but that *expectation* is part of that sensation.

Similarly, I've got an avocado, some brussels sprouts, and several grapefruits. They're all future food, waiting patiently to be eaten.

I'm not hungry, or thirsty. That jar Future Food. It's gonna make a nice breakfast sometime after midnight, however the coin lands.

Right now I've got a jar of overnight oats in the fridge I made this morning. Heavy cream, peanut butter, garam masala, cream of wheat, and raisins. About 800 calories. I've flipped tails since wednesday, it's saturday.

After a few months coinfasting, I'm noticing my appetite has shifted in interesting ways. Delayed gratification, for one.
