It’s been an ‘arty’ start to the year! Breaking skills down into manageable chunks then giving children the freedom to express themselves. We’ve then had conversations with teachers about how this can be applied to other areas of the curriculum. #edtech #Computing #CPD
Working with Tree Of Life, an alternative provider in @RochdaleCouncil. Today, the pupils thought about their hobbies then merged images of these hobbies on @MicrosoftEDU Paint to create posters. Pleased with progress made in first session after the summer.

It’s been a coding half term with Year 1. They’ve got improved their problem solving skills and approaching ‘bugs’ with a different attitude. In these clips, they’re identifying patterns in order to use loops and repetition blocks. Well done Y1! @eldon_primary

Year 2 @eldon_primary have been working on their brand new laptops. Their task was to design a digital painting in the style of Georgia O’Keefe. Using colour and size to add depth to a picture. Lots of different decisions to make and they did well. @LancashireCC
