Many speculators waiting for "capitulation" are unaware the market has already seen multiple capitulations in the last few months. Look at the charts for Jan/24 and Feb/24. That's how capitulation looks like.
$ETH is down -50% from the top but up 2500% from 2 years ago People are rekt and some are sitting on massive profits still, very peculiar time in the market, feels like most are being complacent.
$BTC Chart-wise $38k-$40k seems like a pretty nice area to catch a bottom. That said given the current geopolitical situation I could see the setup ruined. Pretty tough spot honestly, wait and let a real good setup pass by or jump in to be at the mercy of politics.

Jan '22 has been a bloody month for #Bitcoin Around $11.75 BILLION in Net Realized Losses🔴 in the month of January (excl. today). For comparison to the Summer '21 drop: - May '21- $3.6B Net Profit 🟢 - June '21- $6.8B Net Loss 🔴 - July '21- $8.3B Net Profit 🟢 Capitulation
I find it fascinating that many (not all) on social media who wore laser eyes in Mar/Apr and predicted a rocket shot 🚀for $BTC in Nov now are predicting that the $30k level will be violated When bulls wear laser eyes -- time to SELL When bulls become bears -- time to BUY????
Honestly the last thing I'm gonna do is bid $28k It's like bidding the failure of $6k in 2018, why would you wanna do that? If we should lose the current range ($33k-$60k) I'd much rather buy once we reclaim the range low or much much lower.
