Don't forget step three: repeat.
The formula is simple: • Write the post – then post it • Craft the email – then send it • Build the offer – then launch it • Design the plan – then execute it • Do something cool – then share it You can't just create it. You have to let others know it's been created.
People keep underestimating the power of an active, loyal audience.
Zoom out. Imagine you have: • A $200 digital product • A 5,000 sub email list • Converting at 2.5% That's $25,000 with each launch Launch 4x a year And you have a 6-figure business. Run your numbers and get that paper.
The secret third step: funnel both audiences to your email list, so you own distribution & your relationship with your audience long-term.
"X is better than LinkedIn" Why not build on both? There's literally no downside to having more distribution. Only smart entrepreneurs realise this.
You don't just need to chase subscriber count — other levers like positioning, attach, conversion, and synergy matter just as much, if not more!
The first one thousand subscribers take time. The next thousand are a little bit faster, though. And the thousand after that...
Good newsletters entertain. Great newsletters teach. The best newsletters do both.

Learn emails ;)
How to be unstoppable: • Learn sales • Learn fitness • Learn writing • Learn marketing • Learn persuasion • Learn philosophy • Learn psychology • Learn systemizing • Learn how to learn • Learn habit building Does it take time? Yeah. But you become irreplaceable.
Some of the best newsletters out there are run and managed by a single writer:
Solopreneurs don't need to scale. Scaling = more complexity & headaches - Small can be incredibly lucrative - Lean is faster & more efficient - Scaling prematurely kills - Solo businesses can be sold too Maybe you just need a profitable lifestyle business?
(And sending emails.)
You need a list of daily non-negotiables. • Gym • Dieting • Writing • Deep work • Meditation Build the habit once. Benefit forever.
Brilliant idea for a niche!
