He's right. You see loads of articles starting with 'we added AI' rather than describing the problem they were trying to solve.
Finding articles like this fascinating, in that the conclusion is increasingly "just add AI", rather than fix the underlying complexity. You don't have to accept underlying content being too complex for users to understand, so needing tech translation digileaders.medium.com/swindon-boroug…
