There's so much new information coming out about COVID that I can barely keep track. But I've found some threads this week that feel important to share—namely, the rise of heart attacks in people in their 30s and 40s.
New large study finds COVID may increase risk of heart attacks and strokes three years after infection. Unlike other infections, the elevated heart risks from infection did not appear to diminish over time, a striking finding that the researchers say is "unique to COVID."
