Elon Musk pretends to be a champion for free speech. He criticizes the Brazilian judge, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and European policies. But I have yet to see him utter a single word of disapproval on Russia and China, where Twitter is banned.

I have legitimate concerns about crime in our country, I feel let down by various state failures, like almost all Brits. To conflate this with rioting thugs being violent to police and setting fire to our streets is total misdirection. Don't fall for it.
I hope the BBC reflect on how their normalisation of Farage during the election helped to enable this, and I hope that Ofcom reflect on how their utter failure to effectively regulate GB News has helped to further fuel the situation.
Who would have thought the UK politicians and the media spending 20 years pushing a conspiracy theory would lead to distrust in politicians? Who thought whipping people up with immigration rhetoric, and promising Brexit was the solution, would lead to trouble later?
